What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email, project type and a description. Company and preferred meeting time are optional. Do not include passwords, payment information, confidential documents or other sensitive information.

When something is sent

A request is sent only when a delivery service has been configured and you submit the form. The website will distinguish successful upstream acceptance from a failure. A meeting preference is not a confirmed booking. A delivery provider may process and retain the submitted information under its own policies.

Local project briefs

Downloading your brief creates a text file on your device. That action does not send the brief to Karkora. Form content is not automatically stored in browser storage.

Website operation

This source does not install analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may keep access logs. A temporary, hashed request-source identifier is used in server memory for abuse protection and expires after the rate-limit window. Website interaction preferences are kept only for the current page session.

Before public launch

Karkora must add its monitored contact address, identify its configured delivery provider and review its retention and privacy arrangements before enabling the form publicly. The final business privacy notice has not yet been supplied.
